The difference between ST1 and 2 would be a bit bigger if the car had been measured without DP on ST1 and also the base number would be slightly lower without DP but still great results.. Manja nwn

You're not going to notice much aside from throttle response and a deeper note/louder burbles. If you were going to tune then I would say a downpipe is 100% worth it.
